They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a king bed, beautiful views plus milk and care about everyone. We have to thank very caring and helpful stuff for a very very good stay. The location is excellent, 2 miles from Memorial Park Railway.

Have stayed here many times and would like to stay longer. Well laid out and lovely looking units with balconies over the water, harbour view, as example, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. I was offered a marvellous breakfast for vegan. This hotel was set in a central area right by the north Island of New Zealand, a good restaurant and Close to both Tauranga. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby;))

Everything was perfectly fine, breakfast was delicious. The staff were very professional, had a brilliant stay of two nights. Its location was prime, near to gorgeous views from the dining area and waterfront. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 5 mins walk from the hotel. The food from the in-house restaurant was tasty. Enjoyed our christmas here and will certainly stay here again.

Easy base for exploring Tauranga. Extremely friendly people working here, luxurious place. Beautifully maintained room with an outstanding view of a garden and tasteful decor. Very beautiful area, central location not far from Tauranga for Christmas, and waterfront, town, shops, cafe, bars and motorway so a quick trip to The Mount. Downstairs bar with hot drinks.

It was in a magnificent and perfect location with The Elms nearby. The breakfast was wonderful for vegan; and the stuff was HELPFUL.

There was no pool.

Every staff member was attentive and respectful.

Thanks for a really nice stay for the 3 nights of our stay. The hotel staff is high quality and decent. The restaurant food is fine, and the breakfast offered is amazing with refilling and the almost unbelievable value. The venue has a particularly good and unbeatable location, a few steps away from Robbins Park.

The location was marvellous and beautiful for me as it was near Tauranga town centre as well as 2 minute drive to waterfront dining.

When we visit Tauranga, like staying here. Marvellous and delicious breakfast, thanks a lot. The hotel has a favourable and perfect location, back to back concerts at Baypark Arena. It is really close to restaurants/bars, restaurants & shops, and Tauranga for work, we loved the view of the harbor.
